I've added a snippet of the legal forms you will need to get married. The full link to the forms is here. I will provide you with the forms you need when we meet or can can download them and bring to me already filled in. I can sign and witness as an authorized celebrant.
Notice of Intended Marriage
This form needs to be provided to the Celebrant no later than one month and no earlier than 18 months before the ceremony.
Form 15 Certificate for Couple
The pretty copy for the couple. All Certificates of Marriage must be signed by Celebrant, both parties and two witnesses.
No legal impediment to Marriage
This document must be signed as close to the ceremony as possible and information from NOIM will be transferred across
Record of Use Form
This is the document i fill in as the Celebrant and need to keep securely for 6 years post the Wedding.
Official Certificate of Marriage
There are 3 of these, one is sent to Births Deaths and Marriages after the Ceremony with the No legal impediment and NOIM, i keep one copy and you and your partner keep the pretty one!
